Soothing Sunday ‑ Valentines Shamanic Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Cacao, known as the "Food of the Gods," has been used for centuries to enhance spiritual experiences. During the ceremony, and in sacred space, we will guide you through a sacred ritual, inviting you to open your heart and embrace the profound healing properties of this sacred plant medicine. Allow the rich aroma and velvety taste of Cacao to awaken your senses and ignite your soul.

As the morning unfolds, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a Gong and Alchemy Crystal Bowls Sound Bath. The resonating sounds will wash over you, creating a harmonious symphony that will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Surrender to the healing frequencies and let your body, mind, and spirit be rejuvenated.

This event is a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, release any stagnant energy, and set intentions for your personal growth.

• Releases stress and tension in the body
• Can help to quieten and calm the mind by scattering thoughts.
• Release emotional and energetic blockages. A time to let go and a time for clarity.
• Can help to release what no longer serves us and change old behavioural patterns and habits.

What will you need to bring to a Sound Bath?

You will find it more comfortable to lay down.

* Bring a Yoga mat

* A throw/sleeping bag and cushion for your warmth and comfort. Get cosy!

* A crystal if you wish to receive additional healing energies during the session

* Your favourite cup or mug for your Cacao (which is much nicer than a paper cup).

* An eye mask

* Bottle of water for your hydration (water is also available).

Then close your eyes, remove all expectations, take a deep breath in and allow the sound journey to commence...

Timings:

Doors open at 10.30am and close strictly at 10.45am. (No entry before 10.30am).

Contraindications & additional notifications:

Please notify Adalet in advance if you have any metal implants or pins. If you have a hearing aid, or if you are pregnant.

* If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the Gong.

* If you have any sensitivities to sound and/or Epilepsy please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

*Caffeine sensitivities or if you are taking any SSRI's as the Cacao might not be suitable for you.

* If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions in addition to a mat and throw for your support and comfort whilst laying in a sidelined position.
