- Are you struggling with a busy mind and feel overwhelmed by all your to do's?
- Do you sometimes find it hard to express how you feel & shut down instead?
- Do you ever turn to coping behaviours in an attempt to "feel better"?
If your answer to any of these questions is a "yes", then I would love to welcome you in my monthly somatic class: Release to Peace.
Somatic work can be incredibly powerful in stress & trauma release and will also help you find more peace & clarity about your emotional landscape.
All without the need to talk about private & often confronting feelings!
This is a group class designed to help you get in touch & create a relationship with your emotions & let them move through you.
With the help of movement & music, you will be able to move from a cerebral, ‘thinking’ place to a deep embodied state that allows for understanding, acceptance & release.
It is my belief that the body is infinitely wise & is here to guide us toward better self-awareness & emotional literacy.
What to expect?
A combination of movement, breathwork, music, meditation and teachings on energetic & emotional alignment.
Who is it for?
No previous experience is required, these classes are for anyone who needs some dedicated time to connect with their inner world & find some inner peace & stillness.
