The perfect place to start if you would like to improve your strength and flexibility. My introductory course is where complete beginners are celebrated! No, you aren’t too unfit or stiff for Pilates – come as you are.

The course is £50What do I bring?
You just need a mat and to wear any comfy clothes that you can move in. For Pilates it’s best to practice without shoes on so in bare feet or in socks.Is it suitable for me?
You do not need any previous experience of Pilates – I love to welcome ‘proper beginners’ to my courses!
There will be a maximum of eight people in the course so that I can adapt exercises to accommodate for individual’s needs but if you have a current injury or condition please get in touch and I can help advise on whether the course will be right for you.
