About the event

Marketing, social media, public relations, press and influencers included, it starts with the big picture, helps you assess your marketing strategy and works with you from start to finish.

You'll cover SMART goals, ideas generation, getting the most from press, media, advertising and influencers, measuring progress and effectiveness, hiring, AI, creative thinking, putting it all in practice and more.

Each time we meet, we’ll also taste a new wine!

As well as the interactive in-person course units, you’ll get summary handouts, optional homework and the opportunity to discuss the themes with fellow delegates.

1. The Big Picture; Making an Achievable Strategy, Goals and Timelines. Creating the right strategy for my business, resources and goals.

3rd September

2. SMART goals, PR, Marketing and Social Marketing planning, turning ideas into strategy, strategy into ideas and putting them in practice.

17th September

3. Knowing your audience, getting the best from your budget, the difference between owned, paid and earned media; when to use influencers, press and advertising and when to do it yourself.

1st October

4. Do It Yourself or Find the Right Hires, measuring results, and what makes good (and bad) people, content and publicity. Making sure what you want is what you need and that you get it.

15th October

5. Keeping things in proportion. Deciding if you need formal communications, marketing and PR plans. How to know you’re getting what your business needs. Press Releases, Images and Videos; what works and what doesn’t, testing and more measuring

29th October

6. AI, ideas and imagination, Creative and Design Thinking, Putting it all together and keeping control.
